the location was amazin, right near the old course! the room was spacious and comfy. We had a nice view of the water. breakfast was quite good, loved the fresh pastries. also, staff were friendly and helped us with tips for local spots to check out.
but the music from the bar was super loud at night, made it hard to sleep, and the bathroom fan didn't work which was really annoying.

Had a blast with my friends! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the British Golf Museum and a great spot for golf lovers. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. definitely try the porridge with a shot of whisky!
We had an issue with our room not being ready upon arrival, which was a bit frustrating after a long trip.

Charming atmosphere with friendly staff and a great location make this an appealing choice. The pancake platter at breakfast was a highlight, but the dining experience was marred by poor food quality. The room was too warm, with uncontrollable heating, prompting us to sleep with the windows open. Unique room layouts included sinks in the bedrooms, and family rooms featured two beds pushed together, which may not suit everyone.

The small parking area behind the hotel made a big difference during our busy visit. Rooms offered lovely views from the dining room, and better yet, the location provided easy access to all the local golfing action.
Upon arrival, finding our room was a hassle due to unclear signage. We ended up on different floors than our friends who checked in with us, which felt odd considering we were all together. The double bed also felt a bit cramped. if you're used to a king size, you might want to think twice. the hotel could use some updating as the decor felt a bit dated.

I had a lovely stay at Seaton House in St Andrews. The beach view from my room was breathtaking. I enjoyed relaxing on the terrace with a cup of tea in the mornings. The decor felt inviting and had a touch of local charm. The breakfast spread was impressive, with hearty options that fueled my day. the variety could use a boost. after a few days, I craved some new flavors. I had minor trouble with the heating. it took a while to get comfortable in my room. the parking situation was tight, so I had to find street parking during peak times. The staff were friendly and very accommodating, especially when I needed assistance with my luggage. Their warmth made a big difference to my experience. I'd love to return once some adjustments are made.

The charm of the older facility adds a unique character, complemented by spacious family suites with multiple sinks and bathrooms. Laundry service was impressively efficient, making it convenient for a long trip. While the hotel isn't new, it certainly provides comfort and good service, with the added bonus of being close to both the golf course and local shops.
